The students made sandwiches on campus and filled brown bags with assorted snacks and beverages. The dozens of lunches were then delivered to the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission, which is located at 302 North 13th Street in Philadelphia.

The Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission exists to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless and disadvantaged in the Philadelphia area since its founding in 1878.  Sunday Breakfast has grown to be the largest emergency shelter in Philadelphia, and the only provider of the three free meals a day, 365 days a year to homeless men, women, and children.
