•  Roman Catholic High School

    The John and Mary McShain Library and Information Center is located in Renaissance Hall, our 1998 addition to the original 1890 school structure.  It is the hub for all technology at Roman Catholic High School and the center through which all digital information flows throughout the school.  The Library Information Center consists of the following sections:
    • McShain Reading Resource Room -This section contains our collection of books and periodicals.  Computer workstations are also available allowing students access to our electronic catalog, subscription databases, Internet, AccessPA, and POWER Library.
    • Multimedia Laboratory - A total of 36 multimedia computer workstations are available enabling students access to MS Office, Internet, subscription databases, curriculum specific software, presentation software, scanners, and digital cameras.
    • John Facenda Television Studio - This state-of-the-art television studio allows for digital transmission of our daily student news show as well as live streaming sporting and other special events.
