Dear Parents and Guardians,


I hope that you and your sons are enjoying the last days of summer vacation. Rosters are being prepared for mailing and will be mailed later this week. In the meantime, if you’d like to view your son’s roster, you can do so through the PowerSchool app or the PowerSchool website (https://aopcatholicschools.powerschool.com/public/) starting at 8am on Tuesday August 20th. If you have forgotten your PowerSchool login information, parent login codes will be included with the roster mailing. Student login information will be distributed when your son returns to school.


Please review your son’s roster. If there are any discrepancies between the courses originally selected and your son’s roster, and you would like to see if it’s possible to make a roster change, please make arrangements for your son to attend one of the following roster change sessions: 


Monday, August 26th from 9:00am to 1:00pm

Thursday, August 29th from 9:00am to 1:00pm


Please note that roster changes must be made in person during those times. Roster change requests will not be entertained via email or phone call. In addition, roster change requests based on teacher or time preferences cannot be made.
