Getting to and from Roman

Every family has a different preference for transportation — and there have never been more ways to get to and from Roman than now.

Roman is proud to offer yellow school bus services throughout Northeast and South Philadelphia, in addition to SEPTA bus and rail, car drop-off, and walking routes.

Yellow bus routes

Roman’s yellow school bus routes operate year-round on a round-trip schedule, making it faster, safer, and easier to get to Roman Catholic High School than ever before.

SEPTA fare cards for public transit

If a SEPTA route makes the most sense for your son, you may apply for a SEPTA fare card to cover transportation throughout the year.

Students who live at least 1.5 miles from Roman and within the Philadelphia School District will receive a SEPTA fare card at the beginning of the school year from Student Services. Additional guidelines and instructions will be given to students at the start of the school year.

Schedules and Routes

For more information about SEPTA, contact them directly at 215-580-7800, or for 24-hour schedule service, call 215-580-7777.

Students receive one card per year and are responsible for its safety.

Students must cover the cost of replacement for any lost cards.

Please note that processing replacement cards may take several weeks; during this period, students will be required to pay their own transportation costs.
